[After talking to Herz earlier, Cecil had hit up Deck 12 and found himself a lovely short green dress to go with his new face, as well as some flats to go with it.

He's now hanging out on Deck One, enjoying some sun and flirting with anyone who passes his way. He will probably make his way down to Sergei's and Oceanview later in the day as well.
